Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Companion Intelligence ("CI," "we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to ensuring reliable and transparent shipping and delivery processes for our customers. This policy outlines the shipping timelines, costs, and procedures to set clear expectations.
1. Order Processing & Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the order has not entered production or shipment.
Once production has begun, a restocking fee of $200 may apply. Customers must pay this fee before the refund is processed. An invoice for the fee will be issued separately, and failure to pay the fee will result in the order being non-refundable.

2. Shipping Timeline
Pre-Launch Shipping Expectations
We are currently in pre-launch, with our first deliveries expected around April 1, 2025.
Orders placed before launch will be shipped as inventory becomes available, with priority given to early adopters and pre-order customers.
Post-Launch Shipping Estimates
Once launched, orders typically require 5 to 15 business days to arrive, depending on order volume and shipping destination.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for faster delivery times.
Companion Intelligence is not responsible for third-party shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer standard and expedited shipping through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and destination.
International shipping is available to select regions. Customs duties, import taxes, and regulatory fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address entry or recipient unavailability, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred for reattempted delivery.
4. Order Tracking
Once an order ships, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Customers can track their shipments via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

5. Packaging & Handling
Every Companion Intelligence product is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are advised to retain all original packaging in case returns or warranty claims are needed.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If an order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, customers should contact Companion Intelligence Support for assistance.
If an order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, customers must report the issue within 5 calendar days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacements or refunds may be issued at CI’s discretion.
Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged shipments will be subject to carrier investigation timelines, which may take up to 15 business days.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns must follow the Companion Intelligence Refund & Warranty Policy.
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can be requested through [support@companionintelligence.com].
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers must back up all data before returning any product for service. Companion Intelligence is not responsible for data loss incurred during return, repair, or replacement processes. Customers are encouraged to wipe their devices of sensitive data before shipping.
8. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
Customers must attempt to resolve refund and return issues directly with CI Support before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks will be contested with evidence of product shipment, policy acknowledgment, and transaction records.
Customers initiating unjustified chargebacks may be restricted from using Affirm or making future purchases through CI.
